Emme, who has a twin brother Maximilian, also opted for white sneakers and wore her brown locks long, and at times, had a black beanie cap on for the walk to their car.

Just before hoping into their vehicle and driving off, Lopez appeared to share a tender moment with her little girl when she put her arm around her during a conversation.

Lopez has been very forthright in interviews that she has had to put in a lot of work to stay in shape, that includes a clean diet and a strict workout regimen.

First and foremost, she makes it a priority to ‘drink plenty of water, especially before a workout,’ she told Hello, adding that it ‘can help push you harder and get more out of your exercise routine.’

She has also made a habit to steering clear of caffeine and alcohol, and eats a well-balanced, nutrient rich diet.

The superstar actress, dancer and singer tries to eat all organic and no processed or refined foods.
